Binding Contractual Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or interacting with the proprietary computational infrastructure, financial matrices, and journalistic content hosted at https://www.thesalaried.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform,” “the Network,” or “the Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these codified terms, you must instantaneously cease all operational interactions with this Platform.

Intellectual Property Rights & Ironclad Anti-Scraping Shield

The entire ecosystem of The Salaried represents a highly specialized, human-curated asset.

  • Proprietary Algorithmic Infrastructure: All custom-coded JavaScript, HTML5 layout variables, Python modules, database structural nodes, and formulas powering our 15-Tier 8th Pay Commission (8th CPC) Matrix and Retroactive Arrears Calculators are the exclusive, unalienable Intellectual Property of The SALARIED Network, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India.
  • Absolute Prohibition of Data Scraping: You are strictly prohibited from using any automated software, bots, web crawlers, spiders, screen scrapers, or deep-linking scripts to extract, replicate, mirror, or harvest the computational logic, mathematical outputs, source code, or editorial prose hosted herein.
  • Legal Recourse: Any unauthorized crawling, framing, or parsing of our 35 interconnected calculators for commercial redistribution or deployment on competitive domains constitutes a civil and criminal breach. We reserve the absolute, sovereign right to initiate immediate punitive actions and claim liquidated damages under Section 43 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Operational Boundaries for Financial Tool Utilization

The calculation models and tax optimization planners hosted on this Platform are engineered for personal, non-commercial, and diagnostic utility by individual civil servants, corporate professionals, and pensioners.

  • Commercial Ban: No accounting firm, corporate payroll vendor, or commercial platform may commercially license, package, or sell the automated outputs generated by our infrastructure without an explicit, notarized Corporate Licensing Pact executed by our management.
  • Access Throttling: To preserve server bandwidth during heavy 8th CPC notification waves, we reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or completely terminate access to our tools for any IP address exhibiting automated or unnatural request behaviors.

User-Generated Submissions and Community Conduct

Any textual inputs, operational reviews, community feedback, or commentary submitted by the User across our communication channels (including our official The Salaried WhatsApp Channel or contact modules) instantly grants Us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and unrecoverable license to display, archive, or analyze that text. The User guarantees that all submissions remain free from defamatory prose, state security violations, and malicious tracking scripts.

Indemnification and Limitation of Statutory Liability

Every Data Principal using our platform agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold completely harmless The SALARIED Network, its editorial board, and its software engineers from any civil claims, monetary damages, or payroll disputes arising out of the interpretation, usage, or miscalculation of any automated financial output. The primary authority for public sector salaries remains exclusively tied to the official notifications published in the Gazette of India.

Amendment Rights and Severability

The Salaried Network retains the sovereign administrative right to modify, amend, or rewrite these Terms and Conditions at any moment without prior notice to the general public. If any specific clause within this Charter is declared invalid by an authorized court of law, that individual determination shall not impact the legal validity and enforceability of the remaining operational clauses.

Governing Law and Absolute Jurisdiction

This contractual covenant shall be interpreted and governed in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, constitutional audit, or copyright litigation initiated against or by the Platform shall be resolved exclusively within the absolute jurisdiction of the courts of India.
